Return & Exchange Policy

At Hair Power E-Official, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality hair care and personal grooming products that deliver real results. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or arrive in less than perfect condition. That’s why we’ve designed a fair and transparent Return & Exchange Policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and stress-free.

Please read the following carefully to understand our guidelines and how to initiate a return or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible products under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.

  • For exchanges, the product must be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Important Note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, certain items such as opened hair serums, shampoos, oils, sprays, and personal care items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are defective or delivered in error.

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

For the health and safety of our customers, the following product categories are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used personal care items (e.g., hair oils, scalp treatments, shampoo bottles).

  • Products with tampered or broken safety seals.

  • Custom or special edition items.

  • Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions (unless faulty).

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact our support team with the product details and photos.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve your issue quickly, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photographs of the damaged item, including the packaging and shipping label.

  2. Email us at hairpowereofficial@gmail.com with your order number and attached images.

  3. Once verified, we will offer you the option of:

    • A free replacement

    • A store credit

    • A full refund (in specific cases)

Damaged items reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

4. Incorrect Item Received

If you received a different product than what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. We will gladly arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

5. Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at hairpowereofficial@gmail.com or contact our support team via WhatsApp at +92 318 7221244. Include the following:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Step 2: Approval & Instructions

Once we verify your request, our team will respond with approval and provide you with the return shipping instructions, including the return address.

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Step 4: Receive Refund or Replacement

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process:

  • A refund to your original payment method (may take 5–10 business days), OR

  • A replacement product shipped to you, OR

  • A store credit for future purchases.

6. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

We do not offer reverse pickups at this time. All returns must be shipped manually by the customer.

7. Refund Timelines

Once we receive your return, it may take up to:

  • 2–3 business days for product inspection.

  • 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank.

Please be patient during the process, and feel free to follow up with our support team if you have any concerns.

8. Store Credit Option

In lieu of a refund, you may choose to receive a store credit (promo code or digital gift card) which can be used on any future order. This credit has no expiration and can be applied during checkout.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been processed or shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you must wait for the item to be delivered and then initiate a return request, subject to eligibility.

To request a cancellation, please contact us via email or WhatsApp as soon as possible.

10. International Orders

Currently, returns and exchanges for international orders are not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If this occurs, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photographs and proof of damage.

Shipping costs for international returns (if applicable) must be covered by the customer.

11. Custom Duties & Charges

Hair Power E-Official is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes incurred during shipping. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are non-refundable in case of returns.

12. Important Guidelines

  • Do not send back products without receiving return authorization.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if it doesn’t meet our policy conditions.

  • Refunds will be issued only after inspection and approval.

  • Repeated return requests from the same customer may be flagged or denied.
